great features, very fragile and easily broken after partial assembly

Black Spitfire model
Difficult to make although the modern way of pre cutting the parts, which breakout of the balsa sheets makes construction much easier. Not recommended for children, just too difficult and time consuming. Most annoying is the propeller and spinner combination. They come separately and are very difficult to cut and align with each. other. Having said that, its a beautiful aeroplane and if you persevere with it, you are rewarded with a much more satisfying reproduction than a plastic model.
