My Savior!
I give this to my 4 year old son. It has changed our lives! He is happy instead of mean and grumpy when he wakes, he actually goes to sleep at a decent time. If I'm off schedule he lets me know he's ready to bathe, eat, take his "medicines" and go to sleep. During the day he plays more independently, laughs, pays closer attention to instruction, and eats so much better. We started it about 3 weeks ago and just this week I'm noticing him waking up many times throughout the night again. Not sure why this would be happening but it upsets me bc I'm afraid it isn't working as well and won't continue improvement. Helps my children fall asleep within an few hours, it'd be nice if it worked faster though but it tastes good to them. Just wish it'd work within an hour at least. Seems to take over an hour though.
