Brand new never used. This kit fits USA made and lettered Ratchets only. If you have an Asian Ratchet , that does not say USA on the handle, you need the kit number 32763, not this one. Do not buy this kit if you have a Chinese or Taiwanese Ratchet . This kit was made in the USA. There is a refurbished sticker inside the repair kit, this is not a refurbished kit, the sticker is for Sears employees to stick on ratchets that have been repaired so used ratchets are not sold to the public. Once again, this is a brand new kit. It is sad that I need to include this in the posting, but I have some idiots that are buying these kits and then complaining that they are refurbished kits.

Replacement parts
The parts are great, but no install tool provided. Had to make a tool to put kit in. Once installed, it was as good as new.
