We sold our Canon T-6 & "L" lenses and bought the Nikon P900 - Never Happier.
My wife and I are locally known nature photographers, and we both now use the Nikon P900 cameras. I say now, because we stopped using Canon T-6 bodies with "L" quality zoom lenses (75-200mm, 100-400mm, 28-300mm - the 'white' lenses) and replaced them with the Nikon P900!
This camera is far less weight to carry in the field. The 83x zoom is equivalent to 24-2000mm. The pictures are crisp, and at 16 megapixels, our images look good blown up to 24"x30" prints. I can't say enough about the ease of use, ease of carry, and quality of pictures we get with our Nikon P900's.
We bought two of these cameras with the proceeds of selling one of our Canon "L" lenses. The cost vs quality of the Nikon makes it one of the best point-and-shoot cameras on the market today!
