Intense flavor!!!
This is so intense that the next time I make my lemon buttermilk pound cake I can use at least 2/3 the amount called for in the original recipe! I have been using this lemon oil for cooking and baking for years. You cannot beat the taste and you don't need to go through the zesting of lemon rinds.
