Simply very effective
Whilst the product had been a used item with a pen mark on the power point, I had to make several applications to reduce the ink stain. Never the less my sister started using it straight away and is very very happy with the product.

Wonderful!!!
I suffer terrible neck, shoulder & back pain due to chronic illness. I had been using hot water bottles, repositioning them every so often but this covers almost all of the necessary areas and provides me so much relief and comfort. I don't know how I managed without it! If it were a couple of inches longer I would've given it 5☆
