Fully waterproof
I was a little sceptical as to whether this would work after reading mixed reviews. For me it’s fantastic. Fully waterproof. I wear a black waterproof mascara (which are never fully waterproof), let that dry completely then apply keep em dry. Although it is white it does not show on black mascara. it's a basic product and you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy it again. I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't NOT recommend it either. It's a cheap and basic fix. If you want to try this type of product first before you invest in a more expensive one, this will get your toes wet. Personally, I would try for something a bit more up market.
