I done oodles of research before I decided which lash/brow serum to purchase. I have extremely sparse brows thanks to thyroid issues so I wanted something super effective that I could use on both brows and lashes. I have all these tiny blonde brow hairs sprouting I'm hoping that as they keep growing and maturing they will darken up a little. Or I might need to tint them.
