Follow instructions and video after that easy application of grips, when they are in place they certainly stick. I found they were grippier with my motorcycle jeans than with the racing leathers, I think the stretch panels in the leathers are almost in line with the grips. Either way they give more confidence and help to remove some of the strain from the wrists.
