I thought i would give this a go, i wasn't disappointed !
A tasty mix of nuts, seeds, and oats with just a hint of coconut. Recently diagnosed Diabetic (and missing cereal - which i now find too sweet anyway) i thought i would give this a go. I wasn't disappointed ! I find one scoop (25g) is a big enough portion + 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, ditto berries and a splash of Almond Milk. That means i get 40 portions out of the 1kg bag .
