Excellent replacement - does exactly what you want it to do
Having bought a different universal LG remote before I was a bit hesitant but given the price difference the decision in the end fell to giving it a go and i have not regretted it. It worked immediately with my TV and its just as good as the original this time and I have had no issues. What a nice feeling to not have to press very button twice or stand straight in front of the IR receiver. The build quality is good and not that cheap and it fits nicely in your hand. 1) awesome design almost identical to oem LG tv remote. Noone notices that its aftermarket 2) doesnt need programming, it works as soon as you place the batteries but make sure to check if its compatible with your LG tv. the tv codes that it covers were mentioned in the description when I ordered. It`s a perfect replacement
My original LG remote the buttons were starting to play up.one had to press them very hard to activate the channel you wanted, some times it did not work. I saw this little gem, costing a fraction which also had a bit more features which will be handy, like it`s got a 3D button & apps if you have a smart Tv. There was no setting to do, I just inserted the batteries, aim it at my Tv, bingo problem solved. During the first use, it may seem it dose not work too well. One seem to have to be very close by.It looks almost identical, except the volume & channel buttons are a light blue, no problem. But the more you use it the first time, it self learns you Tv`s receiver, that`s it done. Then it works from most distances, with-in reason, still in the same location as the tv. All that`s left to say, I am very happy with my purchase & I highly recommend this remote replacement cost wise, was a fraction to the original one, & excellent value for money as well as quality. LG replacement controller
After spilling wine over our LG "Smart" controller, which we hated by the way, rendering it useless, we used our second LG controller that looks like this one. Worked fine. So we searched for a replacement to match and found this one. For the price it is amazing. No setting up at all, just put the batteries in and checked it out on the telly. Just the same as the LG. Good and qualitative RC
