I previously ordered an unbranded pair of mills and one of them did not work. I trust the Salter brand and am delighted with this mill set. The mills are elegant and look great on the dining table or in the kitchen. More importantly they work very well and the little light underneath is a helpful illumination so you can direct the grinder specifically. The set would make a lovely present (though hard to part with). I would definitely recommend this Salter Salt and Pepper mill set.

These look good and work well so far. Did not realise they take 4 batteries each . Seems a bit excessive. Hope they last as I’ve bought 2 cheaper grinders in the last 6 months and they have both broken. Beware you can can only put sea salt not rocksalt
