Even better than hoped for.
I bought this camera-phone for a long trip in 2016. The value of this revue is that it has worked exceptionally well long-term since, and with modest use, can go 2 days between charges. I didn't realise how lucky I was until I tried out a couple of smaller-sized phones recently as backup, and found that they struggled to hold a charge even for a whole day. The camera of course, with it's 10x optical zoom, and many effects etc, etc, is excellent, and took all the pictures and videos on a world tour. Naturally, I banged in the biggest memory card it would hold. I have never seen anyone else using the Samsung Galaxy K zoom. Whilst it may be nice to be using something very individual, it is a shame more people don't get the benefits.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Best phone camera - forget the rest!
This is an old phone now, released in 2014 and I got one the day it was released. Since then there have regularly been reviews of new phones stating that they have the best camera on a smartphone... but they are wrong. In the past nearly 3 years I must have taken 5000 photos with this phone, and no phone camera has come near the versatility of this one. If you need a better camera you will have to buy a good compact camera at least, or a DSLR. The phone is fine but the big limiting factor is the 8gb of Internal memory and lately the fact that Samsung have not brought out any software upgrades, so the version of Android it runs is a bit long in the tooth. Despite this I have just bought a second K-zoom as mine has, at long last succumbed to the dust in the lens problem (An araree case has kept it at bay for nearly 3 years!). I seriously considered a newer phone and have tried several, but I use the camera a lot and would rather compromise on the phone than have to carry a separate camera.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

An absolute travellers or site workers dream
Nothing else even on the current "new" market comes close to the C115. The camera is as good, if not better than my pro Canon G9 DSLR, so to have all this capability in a reasonably quick smart phone is amazing. If something comparable would come on the market, I'd buy it, but there's nothing as yet. I've now bought a 2nd hand back C115 in case, one day, my current C115 should die, as my business can't function if this phone isn't at hand in working order.
