Does what it advertises but is not as comfortable as it could be.
Pads are very well made and the gel supports the ball of the foot and reduces the sensitivity. A slight niggle is the thickness of the seam round the edges which can be felt and leaves marks on my feet. Also the dividing seam between the big toe and second toe is very thick and is not comfortable at all It needs to be less bulky.

Did nothing for me but it was small and would not stay in place even under sock, and because it was tight (size Large) IT DOES NOT WORK IN MY CASE ON A SIZE 10.5 foot.

These are perfectly good but unfortunately did not relieve my pain. I wore them on both feet and my left was very comfortable but my right is where I have the pain in the ball of my foot and it remained painful. Well worth a try
