Easy to use
This is an excellent product. I found it practical for both knee and toe use. If used cold, the gel pack can be shaped after putting it into the sleeve in oder to suit the body part required. I wrapped it to suit both sides of my foot and then again to suit my knee. Just the job for pain relief after knee op.
Quick to freeze and bendable when frozen so it can be shaped to fit the knee joint. Can be worn over trousers and the elastic band closure can be adjusted for a close fit so it doesn't fall off, so can also be used when walking around. Far superior to an ice bag or a bag of peas. Has helped enormously with pain relief after a knee replacement operation and wished we'd had it for the first knee op. Would recommend.
