Lower top part
The thumb support part is far too high and tends to 'rollover' when the hand is closed. The inn thumb support part could do with being a little (half inch) lower as well as the metal insert sleeve being dropped about the same distance. Hope this helps. If you do actually bring out a new model with my recommendations incorporated then I would purchase another wrist support from you, but at the moment the support I have from you is of no use to me.
