Used for my wife who has problems taking in a good breath of prescription inhalers , using this she gets the correct dose and into her lungs . This aero chamber is a must for people who have inhalation problems. Don't know if these chambers are available on a doctors prescription . But for the cost who cares, well built and long lasting. Great for proper inhalation
The valved chamber and the face mask insure that the whole dose of the medication goes into the lungs, after taking two or three deep breaths. I've bought it after years of comfortable usage of the smaller Aerochamber Plus device - the yellow one with the cute bear on it, which is suitable for children up to approximately 10 years, although the manufacturer recommends up to 5 years. Unfortunately, the face masks are not interchangeable, nor can be bought separately, but the device works so well that it's definitely worth re-buying.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
