I'd not a car starter
A little dodgy assemly, charging requires uncommon 8.2 volts, output amperage lower than expected at 24 volts. max. 1-1.5 amps, so it's definitely not a car starter! Case can't be closed without little gaps at the front. Expect the above remarks, it's works ok.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A good product for the price.
A nice little 4 bank charger BUT I doubt it will start a car as it only holds 4 18650 battery cells and I am skeptical that the solder joint will hold up to the current that would pass through them to actually start a car. HOWEVER, you could likely attach it to a car's battery to slowly charge the battery and THEN start the car. The 18650 cells should be of good quality as well, make sure you know what you are doing with respect to - voltage and current draw when using this device for more than charging your phone or tablet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dead on arrival

Adjustable voltage power bank
