Short Neck tube for a biker
It's cotton I think, but for the purpose of a biker neck tube, its far to short to allow enough to tuck into your biker shirt and leave enough to cover you mouth. Better to look elsewhere. It is very tight as well and although the advice is that it will stretch, a proper "Oxford" branded biker neck tube will be better. This is a great value and good quality neck tube. It sits nice and tight to the neck and not far too loose as some of these can be.
