The single-player campaign puts players in charge of Ivan, an imprisoned ex-mercenary who is freed to take down an elite group of former-Soviet operatives, who also happen to be his old comrades. The action blends third-person shooting with ninja-style melee attacks and bloody finishing moves. Multiplayer fans can create their own clan, customize and defend fortresses in Siege Mode, or take on off-the-wall challenges in Drill Mode.

So bad, it's good
This is a weird game. It tries to do cover based shooting as well as hack and slash. Honestly, it pulls it off! The lack of polish on it is palpable, though. Rough frame rates, dated assets, and slightly stiff gun play make this a package that's not easy to love at first glance, despite the really solid fundamentals. I actually highly recommend this for people who want something unique and can forgive the 'development hell' this game went through before Nintendo of all companies salvaged it!

It’s so bad it’s good
To complete my Wii U collection I had to spend top dollar for this game. The game itself is not a good game compared to some amazing games on the Wii U, yet it’s a must have if you can find a copy. While I can’t recommend this game to all gamers, it is a rare game that will probably not be ported to any other system.

Great and Unique Game!
Under rated dont believe the bad reviews. The game is fun plain and simple. Their are no perfect games out there even in 2018. Its a cross between Ninja Gaiden and the Deadpool shooter/melee combat. The game is not perfect but definitely playable and very fun! Nintendo Wii U Exclusive.

Exactly what I expected and wanted.
First things first. This is an older game that had a long and difficult development. Its graphics are rough and dated. The whole game is fairly rough in fact. But it is a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the combination of shooter gameplay with the Ninja Gaiden style swordplay.
