My wife takes this with her other supplements that she takes on a daily. This supplement is supposed to help and go with another supplement she’s taking. The big question is, “does it work?” I can honestly say, she’s been taking them for maybe over 3 months now, and, YES! It does work! She’s been taking measurements every couple of weeks and noticing the difference.
