Excellent piece of gym kit
I've been using this for a month now and its excellent. Wish I had bought one a long time ago. My only watch out would be make sure you know how you are going to connect it to the ceiling. You definitely want to get that bit right. Apart from that you cant go wrong.

Solid construction
Bolt the 2 pieces together as tight as possible, without stripping threads, to ensure there is no movement in use. I mounted the equipment to a wooden ceiling (flat garage roof) so the supplied mounting kit was not appropriate - made metal plates for above the ceiling and used M8 carriage bolts to secure it. The only thing I may tweak is to apply some sort of glue to stop the plastic handle covers rotating.
