A great improvement over capsule coffee makers
I've owned a range of capsule coffee makers over the years and have always been more than satisfied with all of them. However this little beauty is in a far higher league. All the "slight niggles" I had learned to live with regarding the capsule machines (e.g. lack of flexibility in cup size, the expense and inconvenience of ordering the capsules, environmental consideration etc.) have all been dealt with in this machine. I can buy my own coffee beans and prepare them in a whole range of cup sizes and the waste comes out in the form of plugs which can be composted. Brilliant!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb machine

Sturdy and reliable ( and makes good coffee.)
We have one of these at work, which survives a great deal of use (and abuse) without any problems at all. Impressive, as this is one of the cheaper ones on the market. So it was my first choice as a machine for use at home. Doors and trays seemed sturdier than some more expensive rival machines. It makes great coffee. The only drawback is the amount of time it takes to switch between milk steaming mode and coffee making mode. (About 2 minutes!)
