At first i found it quite hard to use but now its great, quick n lovely tasting coffee. Tried lots of different beans for different aromas n tastes n found this machine well worth the money so far, happy customer.

I've owned a range of capsule coffee makers over the years and have always been more than satisfied with all of them. However this little beauty is in a far higher league. All the "slight niggles" I had learned to live with regarding the capsule machines (e.g. lack of flexibility in cup size, the expense and inconvenience of ordering the capsules, environmental consideration etc.) have all been dealt with in this machine. I can buy my own coffee beans and prepare them in a whole range of cup sizes and the waste comes out in the form of plugs which can be composted. Brilliant!

Setting up takes a few minutes but is worthwhile, as it compensates for the water hardness and allows for the size of coffee shot and also the degree of grind. The smell of the coffee, when brewed is fantastic and it gives a wonderful "crema" on top.

This is an excellent machine and very easy to use - can't see much difference between this and £1000+ models. The reviewer who complained of the time it takes to switch from steam to coffee mode should try releasing the steam and then it takes 5 seconds rather than 2 minutes!
