    These traps really work

Got these in on a Monday, set two in one tunnel and two in another. Noticed there was no more tunneling activity almost immediately in the days that followed. Checked the traps on Wednesday. The first two there was nothing. They had actually tunneled around these so the traps must not have been seated that well. Checked the other two down near the woods and sure enough, caught two in one hole. One coming and one going. There must have only been two, as there has been no more activity since. These traps may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for, and they work.

    Well made, not fool proof

I bought two traps and set them according to instructions in two different tunnels. After two weeks, I hadn't caught a mole. Not sure if this was because no moles came through those particular tunnels or not. It may be because the traps are unidirectional and will only catch the mole if it approaches from the end with the jaws. If they come from the spring end, the trap blocks them from travelling through the tunnel and the trap cannot catch them. The traps are well made from stainless steel. If you get these, I suggest you set them in pairs, with the spring ends facing each other. That way, the jaws will be facing in the right direction regardless of which way the mole is moving through the tunnel.

  • Small but lethal

this works great on small gopher , with small tunnels, you can slide it deep in the tunnel the trap is small and very short but will work on larger one as well . setting the spring can be difficult if it get a way from you it will bit you be careful ,this makes 3 type of gopher trap that I have and use +++++ ++do not let you children or you pet near this trap++++ the spring is very strong and will do some damage

  • Never got a mole till now.

Set these up the day after I received them and two days later I got strikes in both traps. I was happily surprised because these moles have been up till now, elusive. I had the spear-through-the-ground type and they never yielded results. These got results and I'm just happy because it's so disheartening trying to keep your lawn none and the next morning there's a mole hill. There's plenty of information about how to set up the trap, and place it on YouTube so check that out too really understand how it works. Is I need more I'll get more. These are really excellent traps.

  • Trapline Mole Trap

The trap is well designed and simple to use. It takes a little time to familiarize yourself with how the moles move, the types of tunnels they create and how to properly place the traps. It takes less time if you watch the videos on the Trapline website (YouTube vids), very informative. I was unsuccessful for two weeks before I took the time to watch them. Immediate success afterwards. Created by a professional trapper for those needing to trap.

  • Used for 2 months and caught nothing. Seller never responded. Having luck with poison worms and Underground Exterminator from Amazon

I tried these traps for 2 months and caught nothing. In the meantime, the moles continued to tear up my lawn. I watched all his videos and followed his directions. I had caught a few moles previously with the EasySet Mole Eliminator from Amazon, so I know I have moles. The worst part is that I contacted the seller for help and advice and he never responded. So I went on Amazon and bought the Underground Exterminator which enables you to connect a garden hose to your car exhaust pipe and fumigate the little vermin. So far this seems to have been effective. I have seen no new activity since gassing them last week. Now I need to do other sections of my 2 acre property and hopefully this will be an effective way to manage the problem. Also it only cost $18 instead of $50+ for these seemingly useless traps, and it's easier to do than constantly setting, checking and resetting traps. I am combining this method with poison worms, which are recommended by a few experts according to my research online. So far, this has been a much more effective method.

  • They have been the best for eliminating my mole problems

Have tried many mole traps, Tunnel traps are hard for the critters to avoid being trapped. These will do the job. Follow the instructions when handling and setting them. They are powerful for there size so be careful.

  • best traps

best traps I have found for pocket gophers; ours are smaller than some and the mole sized trap is perfect. Kills almost every time if set correctly. Cheaper than the hardware store type that rust and are difficult to use.

  • These traps are ingenuous.

I have to admire the engineering in these traps. They are so compact. They can be a little tricky to learn to set, but after you figure it out, they are very simple. The real trick is finding a proper mole run. A series of zigzag turns is not the best place to set these traps. Find a run that is long with few turns. This is a travel route. I recommend watching some YouTube videos, They are very helpful. You just need to bed the trap well, pushing the area with jaws into the bottom of the tunnel so the mole does not dig under them. Do that, and you will catch your mole. It takes a little practice to learn to dig into the run with out disrupting too much area, but after the first two or tree sets you will have it down.

  • Incredibly successful!

Oh my gosh! This may be a silly comment but, I almost wish there were more moles showing up. These are so easy to set up and incredibly successful! I have used several different methods for getting rid of moles with limited success and not nearly as easy to set up. Stainless steel doesn't rust and works so well! Thank you for this product!
