IT IS INDUCTION COOKING COMPARTIBLE
When I ordered the Cermalon Set, I did not know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprise when it was delivered ahead of time. Better than expected!
Having used the same old pans for years, I'd become accustomed to the slog of soaking them after use. These pans have really opened my eyes!
