Tinkerer's dream.
I repair a lot, and I mean A LOT of arcade boards and games. I have multiple testing setups for boards as well as consoles. When it comes to arcade boards, this is my go-to. This thing is compact, efficient, and really has everything you need. I have a video encoder wired up to a SCART plug, and plug it directly into this board. I've built numerous superguns in the past, but this one is a fantastic deal for the price. After your initial set up, just plug in a new or different board, and you're done. Nice idea, badly made!
The specs of this supergun look inviting. But it is very poorly made, lots of cold solder points all over the board, some even look corroded. Generally very badly put together, the ports are not on straight and none of the flux has been removed. The autofire never worked and after about an hour of play there was a bang, puff of smoke and player 1 controls stopped working. Support is non-exsistant for this product.

Well designed supergun
Circuit board is labeled well enough there is no need to look for documentation. Onboard voltmeter is a great addition. Auto generated -5 volt option is extremely handy. Larger buttons on the new version make for easier operation.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Retroelectronik Supergun
Excellent item. Really simplifies playing old arcade pcbs. Does everything you need it to. If you are looking for a supergun, this should be a consideration. Can’t beat it for the price. The only downside is the SCART output, and that’s only because we don’t have that here in the U.S. Still has RGB connectors to wire up an encoder though. Great Product
I personally love this Supergun, it does everything its supposed to & more for arcade pcb playing & testing. I use it mostly for playing so it fits perfectly for my needs & i also picked up a Super Nes controller port adapter which makes gameplay perfect! I just might order another one of these specifically for testing. I love this thing!
