Its amazing how much resistance this band has , i can quickly tire my muscles compared to using weights at home . I enjoy using it and theres plenty of variations of exercises on youtube . Ive got big hands and find the handles a bit small so they do tend to rub , thats my only gripe . Will be buying another one soon for at work .
