This must be the best sandwich toaster on the market. Honestly, I find it really easy to clean, it has really nice big deep dish pockets, so you can put loads into the sandwich, and it also does omelettes! Which is very useful. I did not expect top quality for the price I paid for this product but I was pleasantly surprised. It actually does what it says. I haven't tried to make an omelette in it yet, as the recipe book included lists this as easy to do. I used thick sliced bread today that didn't even touch the sides of the pockets and wondered if the sides would even seal,!! It sealed lovely snapped in half without need of a knife, and wow, I didn't have to mop up cheese leaking out of every side and down the cable.
