This is good to take if you have any digestive issues. Our family use it for IBS mainly, but it can be used by anyone. It is very effective. I was very disappointed. These tablets had no instructions whatsoever and I did not know how to take them. I had to look up instructions on line and discovered then, that I was supposed to take about 2 pints of water with them and take 4 before and 4 after a meal, which meant that they would not last long! A possible panacea.
Unfortunately, relatively common use of charcoal tablets came late to the UK although, upon a time, it was better known for its health benefits. This has resulted in lower recommended doses and thus a premium on its pricing compared to Eastern Europe where it is more widely used. It is imo, invaluable in reducing boating and toxicity from modern garbage sold as food 'nowadays.. and/or illnbes derived toxicity in the blood and liver. Overtime IBS sufferers will find it a godsend, just bear in mind you may need far higher dosage than suggested, if you become constipated (overtly) you know you had too much. To summarise, vritually side effect free amazing remedy, but would be more accessible if larger tablet size and more competitively priced. These are excellent for an upset tummy. Great little product
These tablets help with my irritable bowel problems, I take 2 after meals and they soak up some of the unwanted gas which causes me discomfort, I'm surprised how much of a difference they make. I also gave some to my wife after she had a laparoscopy to help disperse the gas they use for the operation as she was in loads of pain and she was out of the gas pain within 24 hrs.
