Excellent tool
After spending £100+ on drill type weld drills, I thought I would spend the extra money on this. I did manage to burn out one cutting tip, but it did almost as much as all the other bits combined. Loads of spot-welds to remove
Needed to take the drivers floor pan out of my 66 Mustang which was held in by 50+ spot welds. Tried cold chisel but this damaged the metal & I wanted to weld back to the original edge. This Clarke cutter worked well & after a few attepts was able to cut through the top metal & grind off the old spot weld to leave a good finish. Each cutter is double sided so you have 10 edges. I found they lasted longer if you keep the drill speed down & use a bit of oil for cooling. Good tool & plastic box keeps everything together.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
