Perfect Chiffon Pan
This is the perfect pan for making a chiffon-style cake where you actually want the cake to stick slightly to the pan. That way it retains its height as it hangs upside down to cool. The fact that this pan has feet eliminates the need to balance your overturned cake on a bottle or funnel. It tried making a chiffon cake in a dark non-stick pan and I’ve always been disappointed. Nothing beats a good aluminum pan for a chiffon cake. This Nordic Ware pan has never failed me.
