Transformed starting mower
This is very well made and a good quality item. Bought to replace the original plastic item on an Einhell petrol mower. It was easy to fit and has improved the mower no end. Firstly the mower now starts first pull, it settles into an even tick over, runs more smoothly and finally will start more easily from hot. The transformation is fantastic and it is all since I replaced the throttle with this metal one. I put it down to being able to have better control over the throttle position. Good throtle lever if you want one that will stay set where you set it..
This throttle lever is as and does as it says in the add. I think it is fair value for money. It is not exactly the one I was looking for. The one I really wanted has a slot in the lever and a large round hole for a large round nipple on the end of the cable. I wanted this to replace the old type of lever on a mantis tiller. This is a far better lever as it stays where you set it. The old lever was one you have to hold open when you are using the machine. That really makes your hand hurt before long. Just had to file down the nipple on that end of the cable to put it into the cable hole in the handle. It is working a treat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made, robust replacement
A really good, well made replacement throttle lever assembly. Bought to replace the original on a 1960s(assumed) Webb 24 ride on mower. The original lever snapped (due to metal fatigue). If you have a cable with a ‘blob’ end on the cable you will need to snip it off to feed through the channel on the new throttle lever. I also had to adjust/trim the outer sleeve of the cable to get the correct ‘throw’ for throttle operation. The assembly seems well made and will be far more robust than plastic levers.
