Easy to fit extra security bolt
Does the job and quite easy to fit as a replacement to properly secure a garage door. The original failed after 20 years, replaced with a new one and it will hopefully do the job for another 20 years. The manufacturer was not able to indicate the warranty period. It is better to fit into the top cross member and not into a concrete floor for example - also easier to access if not at floor level and less likely to take a damaging knock.
