Purchased to update the Sat Nav on my Ibiza 2017 FR Technology which came with V4 maps. I had read on some forums that second hand cards wouldn't work as they are locked to the vehicle they are first put in. However I put the card in, switched on my sat nav which said 'uploading maps' for less than a minute, then the sat nav started up. I checked on the menu which confirmed the latest maps were installed then tried a few runs on local destinations using the sat nav and everything worked fine.
