I take this supplement regularly, but as with most supplements I can't really know whether they are doing me good or not! I don't know if it's good value, and I don't know if it's good quality, but it doesn't seem to be doing me any harm. I get a slight aftertaste of curry, but that's fine because I love curry! Excellent product from a UK company!
I’ve been taking these capsules for a few years now. They help with inflammation at the bottom of my spine, I have quite a few spinal problems. Great product for the best price
I bought two. I am taking one pill per day as recommended. I am experimenting to see whether this will reduce my psoriasis. It’s been only a week and I can see improvement already on my body. Now I am waiting to see whether a longer exposure would help the scalp too. I would not recommend if you got cut and you need healing.. it seems it’s taking longer to heal while taking this pills. Other than that it’s just organic turmeric and black pepper. Of course you can buy them separately and save even more money but I got fed up of the taste of turmeric everyday in my breakfast with raw oat and nuts. Recommend for joints and other sort of inflammatory issues. Fingers crossed this is the way to go.. will try for a year. Turmeric a must for health.
Put simply Tumeric circumin with black pepper should be on every doctors recommendation but unfortunately because of big phsrma is not. I know of many people that take this supplement with good results.My own brother has not had a chest infection in over two years his breathing has never been better,like me he has Coeliac disease and severe asthma. Both our conditions have improved greatly.My wife has arthritis she is mainly pain free and can walk much further than before. Never thought they would work so well!. Suffering from pain / arthritis in left knee after operation, nothing did enough to ease pain, stopped taking prescribed pain relief, started taking turmeric one per day, after 3 weeks, started to notice an improvement, now 6 weeks in and I am 95%pain free. I've gone from being in severe pain just walking down stairs to being able to skip down them now, its brilliant to be pain free an walk for miles without thinking about my knee. Excellent Value
This product is roughly the same price as another manufacture I have been taking for about a year with good results. The only difference is that I am now getting 365 capsules instead of 120, so I'm extremely happy. It seems to alleviate arthritic pain in my neck and hands, even in winter. Some people have tried Turmeric and Black Pepper but had have had problems with it 'repeating' on them during the day but I follow the instructions and take the capsule with food.. Arrived quickly and certainly seems to be very high quality. Been taking these for a short while now I was quite dubious about the hype surrounding turmeric but thought I'd give it a go ( nothing to lose) . Definitely has made a noticeable difference and keeps improving, very noticeable improvement with joint pain and digestion ( go figure! ) working miracles on my 8 year old mastiff to!!!!!!
