Handy Little Smoker
Nice Smoker, use it to "dry heat" for some hours before using the smoke. Made Link Sausage and some Venison Jerky. Works well and doesn't get too hot. About 165 degrees.Perfect for making smoked meats and other things. Not made for smoking Turkeys, Ham, etc. Does not get hot enough for COOKING !!! Patience is the Key for slow product success...
