Good compact motor. See review about foot pedal.
Excellent motor. Note that this is intended for domestic use. Got a bit carried away when overlocking 18 sets of scrubs for nhs and foot pedal drastically overheated after and hour of overlocking. It is advised to only use for short continuous burst of say 20 minutes and then let it rest. Motor was fine. It got warm, as you would expect, but not too hot. Great little motor and controller.
Bolted straight onto my Pfaff 30. Feels good quality as does the foot controller. I must qualify this review and tell you that I do not have lots of experience with powered sewing machines but this motor and controller works very well and allowed me to repair my zipped welding cable sheath. Good quality for the price
Seems like a quality unit. Fitting to my Singer 237 was straightforward, though wiring up the light is a bit fiddly. Wiring instructions are included. Given the power of the thing, the belt guard is a nice safety touch. Motor runs quietly and adds a lot of low-end grunt when working with multiple layers of heavy fabric. Has transformed my inexpensive 75 watt all-metal vintage machine into something approaching a semi-industrial straight-stitch/zigzag without the expense, maintenance and space requirements.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great upgrade

Great upgrade for my Singer 99k
Used this motor to upgrade my Singer 99k for small leather projects. Total game changer, the machine now powers through up to 4mm of leather with no problems at all.
