Good product at a fair price.
I believe this is a step or two above similar products I have used in the past. Someone thought out a shape which is more comfortable and versatile. I turn mine upside-down if I want my head to be a little more upright. It could be rotated front-to-back to support your chin while leaning forward. It has plastic clips to attach it to your backpack, and it is packaged in a soft bag for stowing. Adding earplugs in the deal shows the makers are really looking out for the traveler!

Cradles your head and neck better than narrower neck pillows
I like this memory-foam neck cushion better than others I've tried. It's wings are lower and wider than most, cradling you neck and head better than standard ones. The head rest extension works well on a standard pillow too. Plan to buy more.
