So, So pre-workout
I can only review this item for myself as everyone's body reacts differently. For me this pre-workout was average at best compared to some of the others I've tried. Berry flavour is not my favourite, it mixes well enough. However I never really got much focus or energy from my workouts, if anything I felt more tired.
