Being positive, It does what it says, however after 2 weeks of use I personally don't find the process soothing and I feel as if I'm drowning so it's a good job that I'm trained to scuba dive or I can see that panic would set in.
Negative points - There's nothing to it except a squeezy bottle with a tube through the lid so for what it is it seems very overpriced but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent on the market. The sachets seem to be just salt and bicarb so I've found a DIY recipe on the internet. They recommend replacing the bottle after 3 months, but so long as you clean/disinfect it properly I can't see why the bottle should become unsafe. Only time will tell if the plastic cracks early.
