Exactly what I needed for a project in our kitchen to extend the LED light strip above the kitchen cupboards to another set of cupboards on an adjacent wall. Tinned copper wires that allow you to solder the cable directly onto the light strip (if you have a steady hand and a soldering iron). The individual wires can easily be stripped to expose the tinned copper cores and should present no problem to an average DIY enthusiast.

After buying a 5M RGB 5050 strip with the 6803 ic in strip the 4 wire connector needed to be longer and this cable is the same type, you will also need plugs and sockets to make a extention cable ( you can get from here too) I wanted to put lights on my home for Christmas and have the control box inside my home, also the 20M cable comes on a reel that can be used to store afterwards.

It does not crack after it has been heated and can easily withstand temperatures of 250 degrees celsius. The four insulated threads are well bonded together and do not open between them during work.
