I like it
Was a perfect keyboard for my Son starting out and at the right price for the features it has. It has a learning curve because all it can do so the initial review won't cover it fully but from first touch... Its perfect for our situation. Although I do wish it had a modulation wheel and pitch wheel, but the sustain pedal is a nice addition that was included. The effects wheels can be a later desired feature which may be a distraction to learning at this point. It's OK
Sound quality of the voices/effects are not as defined as expected. There is no volume level marker on the master volume knob. The sustain pedal is very cheap, made of bent plastic and is prone to sticking. Also, no white Yamaha logo on the keyboard. Awesome keyboard
Daughter is thirteen and in music classes. She loves this and finds something new every day that this will do. Has not been able to follow the lesson as of yet, but is still trying. Very happy with purchase and the sound is awesome. The touch keys are like a real piano. Have not used batteries as of yet but is light and would travel easy. Bought a refurbished electronic keyboard, received with no AC Adapter. They said listing didn't say it had one. But listing didn't say it didn't. What good is it without an AC Adapter.
