You'll never know how good it is
Yeah, I discovered most supplements out there that make big claims are useless but for some reason decided to try this out for fun. I have no idea if it improved anything but I have been getting good workouts generally. No idea if it correlates with this product. try it out yourself. Dont go near it if you havent been lifting for at least 2-3 yrs because if youre a beginner, you will definitely not notice.
