Good quality, great price
This pillow has helped reduce my neck pain. However, I do recommend that you check the dimensions on the pillow because the neck roll portion is a bit too wide for my neck. Firm Cervical Sleep Pillow
This review is after a few weeks of use, So the pillow is good quality yet had a hard time choosing to recommend to purchase. I found the pillow to firm or stiff for me as someone else mentioned in the reviews. It did help a few nights, maybe if your tall with long neck it might work better for you. Also couldn't use a standard pillow case on the pillow,as it stretches over the indentation I have yet to try a oversize pillow case. The best pillow for those who toss and turn and have ear pain.
I was skeptical about this pillow because so many pillows claim to give you a good night's sleep. Well, after using it for a month, I can say that I've had no ear pain/pressure and no shoulder pain. My neck feels great and no headaches. I would say this pillow allows me to breathe better while sleeping and I no longer use my cpap machine.
