I have been using this product for just under two weeks, taking 1 tablet each morning on empty stomach. I have lost 3kg since started using it. It's ok what it does is makes you feel a little neasea (sick feeling) so you won't want to eat anything for a few hours. I normally take it when I want to skip a meal. Or if I'm having a long day and don't want the temptation of eating fast food. I'm not sure if I noticed any burst of energy that's why it has 3 stars. But can definitely help control your weight. You get used to the neasea after a while and will stop realising that you have it.

Well I'm gonna start of by saying this is my first review ever on diet pills! I've tried many diet pills and Pre workouts but this stuff right here .. 2 pills on a empty stomach 30-45 mins before a workout and you're flying! I mean the buzz stays with you for 5+ hours and it completely suppresses your appetite! Everyone's body is different, this is just my experience so far. I can also say that the side effects I found the nausea was a little irritating and I did vomit a few times, I also found that it gave me the shakes like crazy which I've only experienced once before and that was taking clenbuterol but then again I tend to over train so that's just me. If you're a beginner than start off with 1 pill but overall 9/10
