Used for about 20 years - it works!
I have used ZX1 for years. I had an older Hymer Motorhome and wanted it 100% before setting off for Spain. I put this in the engine AND fuel and noticed a difference pretty soon. It seemed to be sharper off the starting-blocks, which is what you need when trying to keep up with modern traffic in a Camper. The engine seem to run a bit smoother, perhaps even more quietly - that part might be my imagination. I have used it in EVERY car I have bought since and find similar results. Unlike another well-known engine additive, it doesn't contain PTFE which over time becomes a 'gunk.' This bonds to the metal without any residue. See the web-site for more info. I know it's expensive compared to other products, which puts friends off buying it when I recommend it, but it does such a good job. The engine is the heart of any vehicle, once it gets into trouble or stops it is frustrating. I know when I put this stuff in the engine and fuel, that as long as I change the oil, filters etc, it will help prolong the engine and ensure it is functioning at its best. 250ml goes a long way.
Very good product, Many engine manufacturers advise not to use an oil additive. ZX1 is not an additive, it bonds to the metal parts that need to be treated for eliminating friction. Better than Slik 50. Have ordered another 2. Have a generator and 2 stroke brush cutters,chainsaws, Mowers i need to use it on. The best thing you will buy
Try this stuff in your car ,in your bike in your garden machines , I also use this in them rifle's as and oil and also in anything that you can oil this stuff is the very very best you can buy , I put this in our cars back in the day and never ever had issues with cars , I put this in my wife's meriva and it is now 10 years old and the engine is so sweet if the mot test station say each year how good the car is . No ordinary Oil! Highly recommended.
I've used this for many years now. It's not cheap but it lasts a long time, as it only needs to be used in small amounts. It claims to be a friction eliminator and I believe it. Many years ago, I accidently spilt a drop of this oil onto the inside of a bucket. The drop hit the inside slope of the bucket and bounced off it! I was amazed. Any other oil would hit the inside and stick to it, then run down the side of the bucket. But not ZX1. It bounced off, showing me just how fine and low friction this stuff is. I was happy using it in all my racing kart engines & wheel bearings after that. Nowadays I put a small drop in with the engine oil in all my garden machinery to protect the engine, & occasionally in with the petrol, to help protect the carb. Compared with 'usual' engine oil, I believe this can really get into the tiny nooks and crannies and keep the engine running smoother.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Seem to work
I first used thus product about 20+ years ago when I owned a carburettor engined Nissan Micra. The car was 988 cc engines car and was old however after adding the car would rev cleaner and higher and the engine felt smoother. Between then and now I haven’t used as I’ve never kept a car for much longer than 4 years (all new) therefore none issue for me. I’ve just bought a 16 year old car (expect to keep for a long time as a second car) and as my initially experiences were very good I’ve bought and added it to the engine and gear box and I feel that both are smoother and getting fractionally more mpg. The mpg increase may however be less friction at cold start but ultimately feel its doing something. On that basis I think it works and would recommend however it’s very important to do your own research first before using as it will be your engine/gearbox/etc you’ll be putting it into.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just get it..
I have used this product for many years ever since I lost my sump plug and dumped the engine oil I had Zx1 in the engine it didn't seize or do any long term damage. It also gives a bit better fuel economy too with my current car mpg improved from 50mpg to 53mpg. Especially useful for infrequently used vehicles.
My motorcycle has been standing for a couple of months and the lockdown in my area is to be continued for an indefinite period, meaning a travel limit of a five mile radius from home. I therefore wanted extra cold start protection. This product seems to have made the engine run more quietly and perhaps run a degree or two cooler. I use a moly product in the car, which is equally good but can't be used for vehicles with wet clutches. Best protection for your engine after oil .
I have used this product for over 30 years ,in cars bikes garden machinery . You can put it in the radiator to protect the water pump ,in the gearbox in the steering fluid ,brake fluid ,fuel auto transmission. Great turbo protection .This stuff is recomended by CAT. And used in rally cars. It's just simply the best protection you can put in anything mechanical that generates heat. And at this price it's almost £4 cheaper than a leading car spares high street shop.
