Easy to Use and Easy to Clean
I have a few Copper Chef items: the casserole pan; the long handled pan; & the crisper. I have found the long handled pan great for the top of the stove; and the casserole is brilliant for using in the oven [no long handles to get in the way]. The crisper pan I used this evening to roast some beetroots - used the tray suspended over the base pan. They were delicious with the smoked mackerel and rocket. I have constantly used the casserole both on the stove and in the oven. And, have no trouble with either use. Any debris left over from either use is simple to clean away. I find all three Copper Chef items and their respective components easy to use and easy to clean. Thank you
