This is a good level of vitamin A in an easy to swallow capsule. I would prefer it if they used olive oil as a carrier rather than sunflower oil however there are no other additives. I have been taking these for well over a year as support for auto immune hashimotos thyroiditis. I've bought these before but now the shape has changed and harder to break in half and harder to swallow. Once I'm through these ones I think I will need to look for an alternative for this very reason. This is also the reason I've only gave 3 stars.
