Really quick delivery, good quality product. It’s easily put together and quick to take apart to store. Only thing is the inside is all bumpy and can be quite uncomfortable for first uses, I’m sure I’ll get used to it, at the moment lots of thick jumpers to avoid bruising. Other than that it’s a good product. Is does clearly show the bumps in the photo but I didn’t realise how much this would hurt compared to a normal hula hoop.

It is heavy and really works your waist. It comes in segments, so you can put them together for how big you want the hula hoop to be. But I put all of them together, which was too big for me, and now I can't change it because the segments aren't readjustable. They are stuck like that forever

I was surprised by the size and weight of the hula hoop having not seen one before. It was really easy to put together and fitted together securely and quickly. It took me a few goes to get the hoop to stay up and soon got the hang of it. Can now keep going for 5 minutes or more without dropping. Then discovered you should use both clockwise and anti clockwise to balance your muscles and had to learn that but again soon got the hang of it. It does leave my waist bruised but the effect on my waistline is worth it. Very pleased with my purchase, highly recommended.
